We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our London branch team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across branch operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a respected international bank.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing remittances.
  • Opening business, individual, and NRI accounts.
  • Handling KYC, AML reviews, and transaction monitoring.
  • Working in Finacle, including daily entries, reports, FD maturities, and renewals.
  • Managing customer queries by phone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
  • Supporting branch audits, reconciliations, SFTP uploads, cash handling, and trade bill processing.
  • Assisting with other branch duties as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a bank or financial institution.
  • Strong branch operations and remittance handling experience.
  • Good AML/KYC knowledge.
  • Confident communicator with a genuine customer-first approach.
  • Strong MS Office 365 skills; Finacle experience is a plus.
