This is a unique, high-impact opportunity for a driven finance professional to help shape the backbone of a scaling investment platform.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the CFO the role includes the following: Lead the timely preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts and annual financial statements.
Oversee all Group accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and robust internal controls.
Manage statutory audits and communications with external auditors.
Mentor and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Fund Financial Control Supervise fund-level accounting and NAV calculations across multiple private equity funds.
Review and ensure accuracy of fund financial statements, capital accounts, and investor reporting packs.
Oversee coordination with fund administrators and custodians to streamline reporting and major transactions.
Manage capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and oversee all investment and divestment records at fund level.
