A high‑growth, multi‑jurisdictional FX broker and fintech group is hiring a Growth Director to build and lead its global performance engine from its regional hub in Dubai. You will own user acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across all regions, setting the strategy for paid media, CRM, SEO, lifecycle and regional activation in a rapidly scaling trading business.
Responsibilities
- You will design and optimise the full funnel from first touch through KYC, first deposit and first trade, taking ownership of core metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, FTDs and market‑level profitability.
- Working closely with regional marketing heads and partner networks (IBs, affiliates, KOLs), you will shape growth plans for each market, support high‑impact campaigns and promotions, and drive performance through data, experimentation and constant optimisation.
- Alongside performance leadership, you will oversee CRM and lifecycle programmes that boost activation, retention and re‑engagement, and lead SEO and organic growth strategies that strengthen visibility for high‑intent trading audiences.
- You will collaborate daily with Creative, Brand, Product, Compliance and Finance to ensure all growth activities are on‑brand, compliant and tightly aligned with commercial and product goals.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate is an experienced performance and growth leader with at least 8 years in digital acquisition, including senior responsibility in fintech, online trading or another regulated financial services environment.
- You are highly analytical, comfortable with attribution, Customer Lifetime to Customer Acquisition Cost and forecasting, and have a proven track record of scaling multi‑channel acquisition across global social media platforms, programmatic, display, affiliates and regional partners while leading high‑performing international teams.
