We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive team. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change within a dynamic and fast-growing wealth and financial services organisation during a critical period of consolidation and growth.

The Role

You will lead all operational functions across the business, overseeing sales and marketing, technology infrastructure, and change delivery. You'll be responsible for implementing a scalable, multi-site operating model while ensuring regulatory compliance, consistent governance, and exceptional customer outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our M&A strategy—helping us integrate acquisitions seamlessly and establish ourselves as market leaders in this space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategy in partnership with the executive team
  • Lead multi-disciplinary, multi-location teams (sales, marketing, product, operations)
  • Own the technology stack and drive digital transformation across the group
  • Design and deliver rapid, repeatable M&A integration models
  • Build and lead a high-performing senior team with clear accountability

About You

  • Proven C-suite experience in wealth, financial services distribution, or related sectors
  • Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and operational excellence
  • Minimum 10 years senior leadership in regulated environments
  • Deep understanding of distribution markets, intermediaries, and client dynamics
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional execution capability
  • Commercially astute, results-oriented, and a credible relationship builder
