We're exclusively recruiting for a high-growth Family Office turned specialist Active Investment Manager ($1bn AUM) focused on alternatives — hedge funds, hedge fund seeding, and private equity. Following major tech investment, they're building out professional infrastructure and need a versatile "wear many hats" operator for this broad Fund Accounting & Operations role.
Perfect candidate profile
- Small firm experience — comfortable with variety, ambiguity, no established processes
- Fund Accounting: NAV calculation, shadow accounting across hedge, PE, private debt, VC funds
- Fund Ops: Trade flows, FX exposure, custodian reconciliation, administrator coordination
- Counterparty management: Banks, admins, auditors — strong relationship skills essential
- Alternatives expertise — comfortable with FoF structures, different fund processes/structures
