We’re looking for a talented finance professional to join our EMEA Finance team, supporting the financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance of our UK LLP and European entities. This is a high‑visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders across EMEA and New York, offering the chance to shape reporting, strengthen controls, and drive meaningful process improvements. About the Role

Finance Manager – EMEA (UK & Europe) London | Hybrid | Financial Services £350 - 400 per day inside IR35 Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting – Deliver weekly financial dashboards to support business performance.
  • Prepare quarterly variance analysis with clear, insightful commentary.
  • Analyse non‑compensation spend (e.g., Travel, Client Entertainment).
  • Partner with the Finance Director on rolling forecasts.
  • Enhance management information across UK and European entities.
  • Statutory & Regulatory Reporting – Prepare and submit VAT returns (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Produce quarterly and annual regulatory reports.
  • Support ICARA reporting and forecasting.
  • Prepare annual P11D and PSA returns, liaising with external advisers.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements under relevant accounting standards.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors and US Finance.
  • Prepare and review journals for month‑end close.
  • Other Responsibilities – Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership across EMEA and New York.
  • Contribute to process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive change.
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Financial services experience preferred; multi‑entity or international exposure a plus.
  • Workday ERP experience is helpful but not essential.
