A fast-growing and internationally focused investment firm is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to join its London team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a high-performing, collaborative, and ambitious environment.

Salary: Up to £55,000 + excellent bonus potential

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, professional, and warm individual to provide first-class support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient calendar management and meeting coordination (in person or virtual) across global time zones including booking meeting rooms as needed
  • Preparing meeting rooms, ‘meeting and greeting’ guests and making refreshments for in-person meetings
  • Organising complex international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas and any other necessary travel-related documentation
  • Preparing and reconciling expense reports
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including investor events and offsites
  • Managing stakeholder communications and maintaining up-to-date contact databases
  • Collaborating with the wider EA team and supporting ad hoc tasks as required
  • Supporting, and on occasion leading on, the coordination of networking, conferences and social dinners and events
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and contact information

About You:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, or a similarly fast-paced setting such as a consultancy or law firm
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, calm, and personable with high emotional intelligence
  • Strong IT skills including full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
