About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, professional, and warm individual to provide first-class support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient calendar management and meeting coordination (in person or virtual) across global time zones including booking meeting rooms as needed
- Preparing meeting rooms, ‘meeting and greeting’ guests and making refreshments for in-person meetings
- Organising complex international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas and any other necessary travel-related documentation
- Preparing and reconciling expense reports
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including investor events and offsites
- Managing stakeholder communications and maintaining up-to-date contact databases
- Collaborating with the wider EA team and supporting ad hoc tasks as required
- Supporting, and on occasion leading on, the coordination of networking, conferences and social dinners and events
- Maintaining up-to-date records and contact information
About You:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, or a similarly fast-paced setting such as a consultancy or law firm
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, calm, and personable with high emotional intelligence
- Strong IT skills including full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
