You’ll help produce high-quality investment, marketing, product, and regulatory reports while collaborating closely with Sales and Investment teams to support client engagement across international offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate, impactful investment reports, marketing materials, and client presentations for institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across London and Geneva to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and alignment with client needs.
  • Support the migration of existing reports to the Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS) and the data transition to Snowflake.
  • Contribute to the design and automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement, helping to develop new reports and optimize workflows.
About You
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, ideally with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid knowledge of SQL. Experience with VRS, Snowflake, or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality.
  • Collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and reliable under pressure.
