The Role
- Prepare and analyse credit papers for all commercial real estate transactions.
- Drive the annual review process of CRE transactions and relationships.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, resolving credit team queries and managing completion.
- Monitor exposure within limits and contribute to new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the BDM to align with the bank’s risk appetite and growth strategy.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Credit Analyst, with minimum 3 years in commercial real estate/development finance.
- Standout analytical, written, and numeracy skills.
- Strong communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
You must have the right to work in the UK now and in the future. Sponsorship is NOT available for this role.
