The Role

  • Prepare and analyse credit papers for all commercial real estate transactions.
  • Drive the annual review process of CRE transactions and relationships.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders, resolving credit team queries and managing completion.
  • Monitor exposure within limits and contribute to new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the BDM to align with the bank’s risk appetite and growth strategy.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Credit Analyst, with minimum 3 years in commercial real estate/development finance.
  • Standout analytical, written, and numeracy skills.
  • Strong communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
