We are seeking an experienced operations professional to support the production, control, maintenance, and distribution of UCITS KIID and PRIIPs KID documentation across a range of investment funds. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, legal, compliance, product, and external providers to ensure documents are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end KIID/KID operations for UCITS funds and PRIIPs products, including document production, review coordination, approvals, updates, and dissemination.
- Maintain oversight of regulatory deadlines, annual refreshes, and ad hoc updates triggered by changes in product data, costs, risk indicators, or performance scenarios.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to gather required static, reference, and performance data for document production.
- Perform quality checks to ensure documents are accurate, fair, clear, not misleading, and consistent with regulatory standards.
- Support regulator filings, version control, document distribution, and audit trail maintenance.
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting UCITS KIID and PRIIPs KID requirements and escalate changes where relevant.
Essential Requirements
- Proven operations experience in asset management or investment funds.
- Strong hands-on experience with UCITS KIID and PRIIPs KID production or oversight.
- Good understanding of fund documentation, regulatory reporting workflows, and governance processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, including working with legal, compliance, product, and external vendors.
