An established wealth management firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investment Assistant to join its Portfolio Management team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in investment administration, supporting experienced Investment Managers and ensuring a seamless client experience.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, helping to deliver high-quality service and good client outcomes.
- Work closely with the Investment Assistant Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth running of client portfolios and ongoing investment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to Investment Managers.
- Manage account openings, closures, transfers, and payments.
- Maintain accurate client records and portfolio data in Avaloq.
- Produce data reports and assist with monitoring client portfolios.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and pitches.
- Support trade execution on non-complex instruments under supervision.
- Contribute to project work and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activity aligns with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience
- RQF Level 3 CISI qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Avaloq or similar investment management systems.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
