HR Business Partner / Senior HRBP – SM&CR Focus | Wealth Management London We're recruiting for a strategic, regulatory-aligned HRBP / Senior HRBP to join a well-established wealth management firm, with a strong emphasis on SM&CR ownership . Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you'll sit at the centre of HR's regulatory operating rhythm. Joint (dual) ownership of the SM&CR framework with Compliance Oversee Certification, Fit & Proper assessments, and Conduct Rules training Produce SM&CR MI for ExCo, Risk Committee and Board Work closely with T&C to keep competence frameworks, CPD and supervision MI aligned to SM&CR and MiFIDPRU Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders β€” org design, workforce planning, succession βœ… Lead the People Strategy across your business areas βœ… Support MiFIDPRU people-risk and remuneration governance, including variable pay design βœ… Lead HR policy review against TC, SYSC, COBS, APER, FIT and employment law βœ… Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews and job evaluation βœ… Oversee the HR Administrator and drive candidate experience improvements βœ… Contribute to HR workstreams within transformation and regulatory change programmes Strong HRBP experience in a regulated environment β€” SM&CR essential βœ… Proven senior-level ER casework and stakeholder management βœ… Comfortable producing SM&CR/conduct/people-risk MI for governance committees βœ… A genuinely regulation-embedded HR role β€” not HR-adjacent-to-compliance, but co-owning SM&CR with it β€” in a firm serious about governance, with real influence at ExCo and Board level.
