Serve as the primary contact between Wealth Planners, the Client Services team, and third-party providers, ensuring all client data and applications are accurately maintained within company systems.
Handle finance queries (invoices, billing, WIP, commissions).
Provide flexible support across teams and departments.
Manage client onboarding, including CDD and new account paperwork, in line with AML requirements.
Engage in ongoing technical and professional training (including CPD).
Full understanding of the end-to-end Wealth Planning process.
Knowledge of a wide range of Financial Planning products.
Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills (Word, Excel).
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to Wealth Planning.
Ability to identify, follow, and escalate issues in line with company policy.
