Operations Officer – Transfers
Location: Blackpool
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to join our Settlements and Transfers team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and receipt of securities across a range of counterparties, supporting both UK and international jurisdictions including Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man
.As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing stock transfers, monitoring settlements, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational processes
.Key Responsibilitie
- sProcess stock transfers, including physical share registrations in and out of client and nominee name
- sMonitor shared inboxes and manage transfer-related communication
- sRun and manage order books, tasks, and reports using Avalo
- qReview and investigate daily stock reconciliations across custodian
- sProactively chase outstanding transfers and resolve delay
- sComplete fund applications, registration, and stock transfer form
- sLiaise with departments such as Client Services, Compliance, and CD
- DSupport system testing for upgrades and fixe
- sEnsure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirement
