We deliver Sharia-compliant, tech-enabled lending solutions for underserved segments of the residential buy-to-let, bridging, and real estate finance market.What you\’ll do: Lead full-cycle financial reporting (FRS102/IFRS)Strengthen financial controls, policies, and processesOversee accounting for a diversified loan book (bridging, buy-to-let and HPP mortgages, securitised funding structures)Manage consolidation across entities and SPVsSupport treasury, liquidity, and capital market reportingOversee FCA and regulatory returnsDevelop complex Excel models for financial reporting, forecasting, and stress testingMentor and develop junior finance colleaguesAbout you: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, 10+ years PQE)Deep technical accounting expertise and structured finance experienceTrack record in lending (bridging, BTL, mortgage) and ideally Sharia-compliant productsAdvanced Excel skills (modelling from scratch)Strong working knowledge of regulatory environments (FCA, securitisation, SPVs)Commercial mindset, leadership accuracy, and excellent stakeholder communicationWhy consider us?
