Accounts Payable & Reconciliations Assistant (Hybrid, Central London)\\n£26,000 – £30,000 + Bonus & Benefits\\nHybrid: 3 Days in Office | Fast-Paced Multi-Country Finance Team\\n\\nAre you looking to take the next step in your finance career within an ambitious, fast-moving financial services group? We’re looking for a proactive Payments Clerk to join a dynamic central London finance team, supporting a busy and rapidly growing multi-country business.\\n\\nWhat you’ll do:\\n\\n * Process supplier payments accurately and efficiently, verifying requests and maintaining full records;\\n\\n * Post daily bank transactions (receipts, direct debits, payments, transfers) and code them correctly in the accounts;\\n\\n * Support regular bank reconciliations, investigating variances and discrepancies;\\n\\n * Prepare supporting documents and monthly reports for senior team review.\\n\\nAbout you:\\n\\n * At least 12 months experience in a finance or administrative capacity, ideally with exposure to accounting software and Excel;\\n\\n * Microsoft Dynamics experience;\\n\\n * Experience of multi-currency payments and dealing with multi-currency bank accounts as well as understanding of VAT;\\n\\n * Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;\\n\\n * Experienced in managing multiple priorities within a high-energy environment;\\n\\n * Strong team player, keen to learn and develop within a high-performing finance team.\\n\\nWhat we offer:\\n\\n * £26,000 – £30,000 base salary PLUS bonus and comprehensive benefits package;\\n\\n * Hybrid set-up: 3 days per week in a vibrant, centrally located London office;\\n\\n * Supportive management and ongoing opportunities for training and career advancement;\\n\\n * Modern, collaborative group function working at the heart of a successful international business.\\n\\nReady for your next challenge?
