Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Bedford
Remuneration:
Basic up to £25,000, including car allowance, and financial guarantees of £500 per month for the first 6 months, pension, life assurance, commission, and bonuses.
Realistic OTE:
£45,000 – £50,000

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our award-winning client as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker in Bedford, working in partnership with a leading estate agency. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to receive comprehensive training and support, while gaining valuable experience in mortgage advisory services and working towards high earnings.
Responsibilities:
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will learn and understand the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the estate agency.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the best deal for their needs.
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and requirements.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a panel of lenders.
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker in Bedford, you will prepare and submit mortgage applications efficiently.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients throughout the mortgage application process.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Clean credit history.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits:
