A leading national brokerage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for a fully home-based position covering the Gloucestershire region. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious adviser looking for high earnings, strong lead flow and flexible working.
The Role
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice
- Handle 10–12 new build and shared ownership leads weekly
- Manage clients across Gloucestershire including Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud & Cirencester
- Achieve 1–2 weekly completions
- Work remotely with full IT equipment provided
Package
- Up to £29k basic (incl. car allowance)
- 10%–25% commission
- OTE £55k–£70k
- 6-month financial guarantee
- Pension, DIS, bonuses
