Job Description
Our Clients are a boutique Financial Planning & Wealth Management firm that provides financial planning and investment management services to a select group of discerning high net-worth bespoke families based in Leeds.
Due to success require an experienced IFA Client Services Executive (IFA Administrator).
As Client Services Executive, your role will be to assist the Founding Partners and Directors by providing full administrative support and maintaining close contact with clients to deliver a professional, compliant, and effective service.
The successful candidate needs to have proven experience working in the financial services industry, ideally 2 to 5 years’ experience, a strong ethic of client service, ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
Provide an excellent service to clients both external and internal together with third party providers.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
Ensure processes are followed, tasks include end to end management of account opening, on-boarding, and transfer processes, consulting with operations teams where appropriate, processing client payments and account amendments.
Arrange client meetings to support adviser.
Ensure that financial transactions are completed correctly, and files are fully FCA compliant.
Hours: To be agreed although base expectation will be 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Flexible Working: 2/3 days per week office based
Salary: TBA although up to £40,000pa
Pension: TBA although Auto enrolment to Workplace Pension in due course
Employee Benefits: 4 x DIS plus Income Replacement policy 75% of salary.
Bonus: Participate in generous Profit Share Scheme for the correct candidate
Holiday: 25 days excluding bank holiday
