Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - Preston
Location: Preston City Centre
Salary: Up to £35,000 including car allowance
OTE: £75,000+ Uncapped

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a successful and established estate agency and financial services business based in Preston city centre .
This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor looking for a role offering strong lead generation, hybrid working and genuine earnings of £75,000+ .
The Opportunity
Working alongside a busy Preston estate agency branch, you will receive a consistent flow of qualified mortgage and protection opportunities.
The branch currently generates:
- 20-25 mortgage appointments per month
- 5-8 qualified leads per week
- 8-10 mortgage sign-ups per month
- 70%+ protection conversion
- Average case size of approximately £1,800
- Additional overflow and referral leads from surrounding branches
The role is hybrid, although you will initially spend approximately 3-4 days per week in the Preston branch , building strong relationships with the estate agency team.
Employed Package
- Basic salary up to £35,000 including car allowance
- £75,000+ realistic OTE

Self-Employed Option

What We're Looking For
You will need:
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- CAS status
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
- Strong residential mortgage and protection knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercially focused approach
- Ability to commute to Preston
- Clean regulatory and credit history
Estate agency or introducer-led mortgage experience would be particularly advantageous.
