Practice Manager β vacancy/job description
Location: Home based/fully remote
Hours: Monday β Friday 9am β 5pm
Salary: Negotiable
Practice Manager position within a successful Practice. The existing team are incredibly enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to work/life balance.
The Practice Manager will manage the operational needs of this busy practice, with additional support from outsourced Administration and Paraplanning teams.
You may be an existing Practice Manager or a Senior Administrator looking for the next step, to further develop your skills and knowledge.
The Role of our Practice Manager
- Reporting to the Partners/Senior Manager, your role will involve all operational aspects of the business.
- You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties, dealing with general enquiries.
- You will have the ability to offer fantastic customer service to clients demonstrating sensitivity to Consumer Duty.
- You will ensure all processes are followed through to completion and on time.
- You will oversee the workflow, as well as outsource some tasks to external administration and paraplanning support, ensuring it is dealt within the required deadlines.
You will enjoy working in a team and be flexible.
The Person: Practice Manager
- You will provide excellent customer service to clients
- You will be self-motivated and comfortable being a remote worker
- You will be confident with Salesforce and keep up to date with all training and changes on an on-going basis
- You will have an understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products
- You enjoy working as part of a remote team and be happy to ensure the business runs efficiently
- You will bring new ideas and ways of streamlining the business
- You will be a confident professional and have great communication skills
