Your Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Deliver high-quality service in line with FCA regulations
- Manage your own caseload and pipeline effectively
- Handle 2–3 completed mortgage cases per week with average case sizes of £2,000, earning a minimum of £200 per case!!
- Leverage existing databases and daily new appointments (10+ per week)
- Identify remortgage and protection opportunities within your client base
- Work closely with estate agency introducers to maximise lead conversion
What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification) – Essential
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
- A successful background in both mortgage and protection sales
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and criteria
- Excellent communication, sales, and time-management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions (essential for FCA checks)
