Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Our clients are impartial mortgage broker and finance protection advisers, based in the Midlands who require an Employed or self-employed Mortgage and Protection Broker

• Excellent support package.
• Working from prestigious offices in the grounds of a Stately Hall or hybrid
• The position is for an experienced, self-motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
• The candidate will need CeMap or an equivalent qualification, to be competent advisor status with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally having an excellent understanding of the residential, commercial and buy-to-let mortgage markets.
• The candidate must be ethical, trustworthy, very conscientious and maintain close client relationships.
• The candidate will need the ability to problem solve for clients rather than be an order taker.
• The candidate must be organised and create a review system for future ongoing business.
• The candidate will need the ability to cross-sell mortgage protection products and general insurance products.
• The candidate will need competent IT skills.
• The candidate will need to be able to maintain Continuous Professional Development.
• The candidate will need to be flexible concerning working hours and have the ability to cater to clients at very short notice.
• Competitive pay package of basic salary plus a monthly bonus structure.
• Job Type: Full-time, Commission, Permanent.

Pay: £28,000.00 to £100,000.00 OTE per year
