We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who is looking to work on a self-employed basis and enjoy high earnings, flexibility, and access to consistent, high-quality, pre-qualified mortgage leads.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and professional Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a respected and growing firm that provides full back-office support, access to over 90 lenders, and a steady stream of 40+ quality leads per month, sourced through three partnered estate agency branches, social media campaigns, and long-standing referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker Role

As a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your duties will include:

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients from initial enquiry through to application and completion
• Advising on residential, buy-to-let, remortgage, and first-time buyer mortgage cases
• Delivering tailored protection advice, including life cover, critical illness, and income protection
• Managing a pipeline of 10+ new high-quality mortgage enquiries per week, all pre-qualified and sourced via trusted estate agency partners and inbound marketing
• Maximising revenue on each case by combining mortgage and protection advice
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and client service throughout the process
• Flexibly managing your diary to accommodate client needs while enjoying the benefits of a home-based working model

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this exciting Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position, you must have:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
• A proven track record in providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ethical, client-first approach
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
• Living within a commutable distance to Maidenhead, Slough, or Ruislip is preferred, though candidates across the Middlesex region will be considered
