Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – Canvey Island, Essex
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successful mortgage brokerage in Canvey Island, Essex, now seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join their expanding team.
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + bonus & commission
OTE: £65,000 – £80,000+
30+ hot new leads provided monthly – no cold calling
Full mortgage administration support
Office-based in Canvey Island, Essex (Mon–Fri + alternate Saturdays)
As part of this busy and growing office, you’ll provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice across residential mortgages, life insurance, critical illness, ASU, mortgage payment protection, IPP, and general insurance. Advisors currently bank an average of £17,000+ per month, generating commissions of over £2,700+.
To be considered, you must be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with at least 6 months’ experience in mortgage advising, a strong sales track record, and the ambition to maximise earnings in a supportive environment.
