The role:
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of SME commercial clients.
- The role covers renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business support, and general client queries, with exposure across a broad range of SME policies.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely, accurate advice while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- Experience in an SME or commercial insurance brokerage role
- Working knowledge of core SME products (e.g. Package, Property, Liability, Mini Fleet)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
