The Senior Technical Paraplanner plays a critical role in supporting financial advisers by delivering high-quality technical research, analysis, and client-focused reports. This position requires advanced knowledge of financial planning, tax, pensions, investments, and compliance, combined with strong analytical and communication skills. The role involves mentoring junior paraplanners and ensuring technical accuracy across all planning outputs. In addition to producing complex advice, the Senior Paraplanner provides technical oversight, mentors paraplanners, and helps drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across the paraplanning function.
