Job Description We are currently partnering with a fantastic SME business who are recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join their busy HR team where you will be supporting managers across the organisation This is a varied and hands-on HRBP role, providing advice across the full employee lifecycle as well as partnering with the business on people strategy, organisational development and change. You’ll build strong relationships with managers and business heads, providing practical HR advice and challenge to help create engaged, high-performing teams. Acting as HR adviser and business partner to managers and business leaders, providing HR advice and guidance. Providing expert advice on a broad range of employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance cases, wellbeing and workplace conflict. Supporting workforce planning, organisational change, restructures and organisational development initiatives. Partnering with managers on recruitment, onboarding, talent and workforce planning requirements. Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes. Contributing talent, succession, learning and development initiatives, including graduate, apprenticeship and internship programmes. Identifying learning and development needs and help deliver initiatives aligned to the wider HR strategy. Supporting the development and consistent application of HR policies, procedures and best practice. Using HR data and business insight to identify people priorities, risks and opportunities and make recommendations to management. Leading and supporting a range of HR projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with the wider HR team. Keeping up to date with UK employment legislation and HR best practice, ensuring advice remains current and appropriate. Excellent experience dealing with employee relations from start to finish Previous Business Partnering experience Competitive salary of c£50 - £60k DOE Hybrid working (3 days office based)
