Our client has been established since the 1980’s and due to ongoing success require an experienced IFA Administrator. They offer either office based or hybrid working and a competitive salary. Role: Client Servicing Administrator Relevant Skills and Knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge or experience of IFA/Financial Services products and basic understanding of FCA regulatory framework. NB; On the job Training and Support will be offered and provided regarding systems, procedures, tools and IO (back office database) to enable candidate to meet responsibilities and duties. General Responsibilities and Duties Description of the role: The main responsibility will be to work closely with 3 financial advisers to achieve and meet their FCA regulatory obligations with regards to ongoing client commitments/servicing. Making sure post meeting tasks are completed. Including, updating of MI data and information. Attend and assist during client meetings with information gathering and clarification of existing information to enable delivery of advice and recommendations. Responsible for ensuring client files are up to date, including any o/s information or details missing from existing files.
