Job Description
Our client is a fully indepenent Financial Planners based in Derbyshire looking for an experienced IFA Administrator.
Key skills:

Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing accurate review packs and client valuations.
Processing letters of authority and request information from 3rd party product providers.
Responsibility for general maintenance of policies.
Liaising with clients and 3rd parties by telephone, email, ensuring all data is recorded within internal systems maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Updating the back-office system, along with client’s electronic files.
Making any amendments to existing policies accordingly.
Fund switching, rebalancing, building model portfolios on provider websites
Processing new business
