My Client, a specialist public sector organisation, and is looking for an HSE Manager to join there growing team.
As Health, Safety and Environment Manager you will; Drive the implementation of safety, health and environment strategy and initiatives across the site monitoring against SHE plans and objectives.
Support investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances and assist departmental managers in root cause analysis and corrective / preventative action development.
Assist new projects and change management activities.
Support training and coaching across the facility to drive a safety-perfect culture.
Deliver SHE Induction training to all new starters and deliver SHE related training.
As the HSE Manager you will will need to have the following skills and experience: You will hold a NEBOSH Certificate and have experience within a manufacturing, construction or similar industrial experience.
You will be comfortable delivering training and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
