We are working with an established engineering business, and they are looking for a HR Recruitment Coordinator to join the business ASAP. This is an office-based role – Monday to Friday.
Reporting into the HR Director and working as part of a team of 3 people, the focus of the role will be to provide support across all HR administration and recruitment activities. The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting core HR processes including onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration and general HR support.
Key duties will include:
- Supporting across Recruitment (70% of role) and HR (30%)
- Supporting with recruitment activities for up to c20 roles at anyone time.
- Coordinating the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to job offer.
- Advertising vacancies across job boards, recruitment platforms and company channels.
- Screening applications and supporting hiring managers with candidate shortlisting.
- Arranging and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and providing regular updates on vacancy progress.
- Preparing and issuing employment offers, contracts and associated documentation.
