Job Description HR Officer - Employee Relations \ N South West London/ Surrey Border \ N £22 per hour | 36hours per week \ N Initial 3-month temporary assignment | Immediate start \ N \n We are recruiting an experienced HR Officer to join a large, multi-site education organisation on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. \ N \n This is a hands-on HRrole with a strong focus on Employee Relations and case management . Working closely with Managers across the organisation, you will provide practical HR advice and support across a range of live employee relations matters. \ N \n Key responsibilities will include: \ N \n Managing and supporting a varied caseload of Employee Relations matters \ N Advising Managers on performance and capability issues \ N Supporting absence management cases \ N Managing disciplinary and grievance processes \ N Providing clear and practical advice in line with HR policies and employment legislation \ N Supporting Managers toensure cases are progressed appropriately and within agreed timescales \ N Maintaining accurate case records and HR documentation \ N Supporting the wider HRteam as required \ N \n \n About you: \ N You will be an experienced HR professional who is confident managing Employee Relations cases and advising Managers at all levels. \ N \n You will ideally have: \ N \n CIPD Level 5 qualification or above \ N Strong hands-on Employee Relations and case management experience \ N Good working knowledgeof UK employment law and HR best practice \ N Experience supporting performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases \ N Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills \ N The ability to manage multiple live cases and competing priorities \ N Previous experience within education, the public sector or a large multi-site organisation would be advantageous \ N \n \n You will need to be available immediately or at very short notice and able to commit to the initial 3-month assignment. \ N \n If you have the relevant experience and are available to start immediately or at short notice, please apply with your CV for consideration.
