We are working with a well-established retail business, and they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the business ASAP.

This is a hybrid working role – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The role would be ideal for a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner who has proven experience supporting with the delivery of the people plan, working with senior leaders, supporting across all advisory areas, and working on key business initiatives and projects.

Ideally candidates will have experience working within retail, e-commerce, digital or creative sectors.

Key duties and responsibilities will include; Working as part of a busy HR team, reporting into the Head of HR, and supporting a client group of c280 employees Provide generalist HR Business Partnering to the business, including delivery of the people strategy, HR advisory, ER, performance management, employee engagement and wellbeing, business culture initiatives and change management etc Providing, guidance and coaching to managers on a range of people matters, including coaching and upskilling managers on non-complex ER matters Provide in-house HR advice and support, ensuring that all company policies and processes are consistently applied across the business, and provide expert advice on employment law matters Lead and manage more complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and inve...
