Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Are you a qualified CeMAP professional looking for a flexible work-life balance without compromising your income? Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly successful, independent brokerage in Rickmansworth to source a skilled part-time mortgage advisor.

Our client is a well-established firm experiencing an immense volume of incoming business. The resident senior broker is currently unable to handle the vast amount of quality leads coming through, creating an immediate opening for an experienced professional. If you are seeking a position with high earnings potential that completely respects your personal schedule, this grown-up, flexible hybrid role is designed for you.

What's on Offer?

  • Warm Pipeline: Full, unlimited access to a loyal, warm client database with mortgages due for renewal in the next 6, 9, and 12 months.
  • Full Admin Backing: Dedicated mortgage administration support to handle your paperwork, allowing you to focus purely on clients.
  • True Flexibility: Design your hours around your personal life (including weekends if desired).
  • Hybrid Model: Initial training and integration at the Rickmansworth office, evolving into working from home a couple of days a week.

The Role:

As a hybrid part-time mortgage advisor, you will step into a warm desk providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice. The vast majority of your client interactions will be held via phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. You will work closely with the senior broker to deliver an exceptional remortgage service to an existing, dedicated client base.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent CII/IFS).
  • Previous experience as a mortgage broker, advisor, or banking adviser.
  • Applications are highly encouraged from returners who have left the industry but are looking to return as a part-time mortgage broker.
  • A clean credit history, with no complaints or criminal convictions.
  • A self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-centric attitude.

Don't let rigid full-time hours hold your career back. This firm offers the infrastructure, training, and steady stream of leads needed to secure high earnings while working on a schedule that fits your life.
