We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Tax Associate to support our client's tax compliance, reporting, and planning functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support the organisation’s overall tax strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and related filings.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Conduct tax research and analyse the impact of new tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate tax records, workpapers, and documentation.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance teams and clients to reconcile tax accounts.
- Liaise with HMRC.
Qualifications
- ACA/ CTA qualified.
- 2 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations.
