My Client, a specialist public sector organisation, is looking for an HSE Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
As Health, Safety and Environment Manager you will:
- Drive the implementation of safety, health and environment strategy and initiatives across the site monitoring against SHE plans and objectives.
- Support investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances and assist departmental managers in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action development.
- Assist new projects and change management activities.
- Support training and coaching across the facility to drive a safety-perfect culture.
- Deliver SHE Induction training to all new starters and deliver SHE related training.
Qualifications
- Hold a NEBOSH Certificate and have experience within a manufacturing, construction or similar industrial environment.
- Be comfortable delivering training with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
