Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Swindon, you will:

  • Consult with clients to understand their financial situation and mortgage needs.
  • Offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice (post-training).
  • Learn to manage and submit mortgage applications from start to finish.
  • Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to progress cases.
  • Work towards personal KPIs and team sales targets.
  • Gain your CeMAP 1 and additional industry certifications as part of your training.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role in Swindon, you will need:

  • CeMAP 1 qualification or willingness to complete before starting.
  • Experience in sales, estate agency, finance, or customer service (ideal but not essential).
  • Clean credit history and no CCJs.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
