About the Opportunity

You’ll receive full industry training, direct mentoring from experienced Mortgage Advisors, and structured progression from Trainee Mortgage Advisor to a fully qualified Mortgage Broker – all while working in a high-performing, client-focused environment. With CeMAP 1 already under your belt, you’ll be supported every step of the way to achieve your full qualification and earn substantial commission from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting initial consultations with clients to understand financial needs and mortgage eligibility.
- Learning to research suitable mortgage and protection products from a wide panel of lenders.
- Supporting clients throughout the full mortgage application journey.
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth completions.
- Building long-term relationships and generating repeat and referral business.
- Consistently working towards and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Attending structured training and coaching sessions to expand your product knowledge and compliance understanding.
- Working under the guidance of senior brokers to sharpen your advisory skills and boost your earnings.
Candidate Requirements
- CeMAP 1 qualification (essential).
- Proven sales experience in a target-driven role – ideally in financial services, estate agency, or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A clean credit history and no CCJs or bankruptcies.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Strong ambition to grow within the financial services sector.
- High levels of self-motivation, resilience, and enthusiasm.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary.
Salary, Benefits & Career Development
- Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
- Financial Guarantee: £31,000 (including car allowance) for the first 5 months
- Commission Structure: 10%–25% on all banked revenue
