The Opportunity

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you’ll receive comprehensive, on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced Mortgage Advisors. You’ll learn to advise clients on residential, remortgage and buy-to-let mortgages, as well as life insurance and protection products.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of mortgage products, compliance standards, and client management while building a foundation for long-term financial success.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll support clients through the full mortgage process — from initial consultation and affordability assessments to application and completion — ensuring each client receives the highest level of service. You’ll liaise with lenders, maintain compliance, and gradually begin advising clients independently under the supervision of qualified mentors.

As your confidence and skills grow, you’ll take responsibility for your own pipeline, aiming to qualify as a Mortgage Advisor and start earning commission within your first 12–18 months.

The business offers an excellent training programme, mentoring from senior Mortgage Advisors, and genuine progression into a qualified Mortgage Advisor position. You’ll gain experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with the backing of a respected, award-winning financial-services brand.
