This hybrid mortgage advisor role involves working 2–3 days in a busy estate agency in Stanford and 1–2 days in the Canvey Island office, offering strong lead flow and full admin support. You will receive 40+ leads per month, handle 2–3 cases per week, and benefit from average case values of £2,100+. This provides a clear route to high earnings of £65,000–£80,000+.
