We are working with an established manufacturing business and they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the business ASAP. This is an office-based role Monday to Friday (flexible working times). This role would be ideal for an experienced HR Generalist either at HR Coordinator or HR Advisor level who is looking for a role that has scope to progress into a HR Manager role longer term.

Candidates will need to have proven experience supporting across the full employee life cycle and supporting with a wide range of ER cases. This is a hands-on and HR operational focused role, with scope to be involved in key HR projects and initiatives. Reporting into the HR Director and providing support to approximately 100 employees, the focus of the role is to assist with the delivery of a full range of Human Resources services. This will include:

  • Supporting with employee relations
  • Promoting best practices in HR management
  • Recruitment
  • Providing HR support to approximately 100 employees (70% blue collar and 30% white collar)
  • Support with ER cases, including sickness, lateness, capability, disciplinary, grievances and investigations
  • Providing HR advisory, guidance and coaching
