We are working with an established financial services business who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the business on an 18 month FTC

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, this will be based at the London office but will need someone who is used to working in a small team/ standalone role where they have worked in a generalist role dealing with everything from top to bottom, leading on HR matters, liaising with other offices and providing advice and guidance when necessary. This is a generalist role so all round HR experience within a similar position if essential.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with complex employee relation cases (being able to guide managers and employees, supporting in formal and informal settings, and ensuring they are aware of all relevant policies and procedures)
  • Challenging and supporting all managers in your business areas in all aspects of people related activities
  • Managing the accurate maintenance of records, data and reports through documentation of processes
  • Liaising with manager to manage the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinating interview with candidates, managers and HR Director
  • Responsible for adverts and job descriptions
  • Maintaining recruitment information and managing ongoing requirements for employees
  • Owning HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting delivery of various initiatives

This role is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. There will be regular travel between other offices once or twice a month when necessary. Offering a competitive salary of up to 65k + bonus as well as excellent pension, 25 days holiday and an annual discretionary bonus
