Salary : Up to £35,000 basic (incl. car allowance)

OTE : £75,000+ | High earnings

We are recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a high-performing estate agency branch in Preston city centre.

This is a hybrid role, however the successful Mortgage Advisor will be expected to work from the Preston branch 3–4 days per week initially to build strong working relationships and a collaborative team culture.

Role Overview

• City-centre office location
• 20–25 appointments per month
• 8–10 mortgage sign-ups
• Average case size £1,800
• High-value property transactions
• Strong pipeline and admin support
