Our client, a Top 40 firm, is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Accountant to manage a substantial and diverse client portfolio within their growing North West practice. This role will report directly to and support the MD with the running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence.

What we need from you:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in practice.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
