This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
As a Senior Broker, you’ll play a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across a range of sectors. You’ll provide expert support to account executives and clients alike, ensuring policies are placed correctly, renewals are handled efficiently, and risks are managed with precision.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy documentation accurately
- Liaise confidently with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and cover options
- Support account executives with complex or high-value cases
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standards
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services
You’re a confident communicator and trusted adviser who enjoys building lasting relationships. With a keen eye for detail and strong commercial awareness, you can balance client needs with business objectives.
Requirements:- At least 3–5 years of experience in a commercial account handling role
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ideally, progress toward or completion of CII qualifications (Cert CII / Dip CII)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
