We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Recruitment Specialist who wants to make a real impact on onboarding and the wider employee experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and support key HR coordination activity. It’s a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll help shape an inclusive, efficient, and values-led approach to attracting and developing great talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from vacancy briefing to onboarding
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering insight and guidance
- Create engaging job adverts and tailored attraction strategies
- Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, CV databases, and talent pools
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the full selection process
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data across ATS and HR systems
- Support employer brand activity and recruitment campaigns
- Champion inclusive hiring and continuous improvement
- Provide HR coordination support
