HR Advisor – Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) Full-Time, On-Site • Option to Work a Four-Day Week Are you an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in the thick of employee relations and enjoys being close to the action? We’re recruiting for a 12‑month FTC to support our client’s busy operational teams — full-time, on-site, with the flexibility to work a condensed four‑day week. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys pace, variety and genuine influence. You’ll take ownership of a high‑volume ER caseload, partner closely with managers, and help shape a fair, consistent and people‑focused culture across a large workforce. What You’ll Be Doing In the Role * Lead ER cases confidently from first conversation through to conclusion. * Coach managers through investigations, hearings and formal processes, building capability and confidence. * Manage long-term sickness cases, including OH referrals and reasonable adjustments. * Produce clear, accurate and audit-ready documentation. * Build strong, trusted relationships across operations and HR. * Contribute to team projects, process improvements and wider people initiatives. You’ll Bring * Strong ER experience and solid working knowledge of UK employment law. * Confidence managing cases independently and making sound, balanced recommendations. * Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. * Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving, operational environment. * CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (desirable).
