Are you an organised, detail‑driven HR Systems Administrator — someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and making HR operations run at their very best. We have a great opportunity for a HR Systems Administrator to step into a pivotal role where your expertise will genuinely make a difference across the organisation.

Working at the heart of the people function, you'll take ownership of the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate, compliant, and optimised. Your work will touch every stage of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to changes, development, and offboarding — providing managers with reliable information, supporting colleagues throughout their journey, and enabling the HR team to deliver a consistently high‑quality service.

Day to day, you'll maintain and update employee records, prepare contracts and offer letters, and manage shared inboxes with efficiency and care. Your attention to detail will underpin payroll, audits, reporting, and ongoing process improvements. You'll run reports, resolve system queries, and act as a champion for data integrity across the HR function.

You'll also play an important role in recruitment activity: posting adverts, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and completing essential pre‑employment checks. Your contribution to onboarding will help new starters feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.

Alongside this, you'll support learning and development administration, maintain training records, and assist in creating internal HR training materials. You'll be part of a team that values continuous improvement and encourages fresh ideas about how to enhance the way they work.

We're recruiting for someone with experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, and confidence using HR systems such as iTrent, Workday, PeopleHR, or Sage HR. Strong IT skills, excellent accuracy, and a calm, organised approach to a busy workload are essential. Clear communication, discretion, and a proactive mindset will help you thrive. CIPD Level 3 is desirable, though applications are equally welcomed from those keen to work towards it.
